Roshni Studio is a London based practice that provides an inclusive design and build service for both residential and commercial clients worldwide. We cover all aspects of a project- from concept through to completion to deliver high quality design solutions.

Our highly skilled team of architects, interior designers, structural engineers and builders allow us to tackle any projects of all scales and complexity including private residences, high end residential, new builds, retail / commercial projects.

Brand Identity
Whether you are launching a new brand or a pre-existing company, you could benefit from a space that reflects and integrates your values. We collaborate with branding specialists and graphic designers to make sure that your company brand is reflected in your physical space. Our portfolio includes fitness studios, restaurants, office spaces and retail environments.
Project Management
We like to be part of our projects up until completion to ensure that our clients budget, and design requirements are always met in the finished product. Our inhouse project managers look to manage the day to day queries of builders on site to ensure high quality workmanship and cost control.
Architectural Design & Planning
Our young team have the ability to generate fresh ideas with the extensive technical knowledge of new products, fabrication systems and materials to make sure that you are delivered with the highest quality design solutions.

We also have experience working closely with London councils to obtain the necessary planning approvals and building control services. Our architectural projects range from new build properties, home renovations, extensions and spatial planning.
Interior Design
We look to generate a tailored scheme to each client and project. By translating your requirements, way of living and personal style to develop a strong concept working in parallel with timescales and budgets. This is represented in our capturing imagery, mood boards, drawings, sketches and sampling which gives you a comprehensive understanding of the final scheme before physically commencing your project on site.
